After nearly nine years,
Fawad Khan is finally making a comeback to Bollywood, ending the fans' wait. In the romantic comedy
Abir Gulaal, he is paired alongside
Vaani Kapoor. The Pakistani actor enchants his co-star with his enchanted voice and dazzling eyes in the official teaser for the film, which has finally been released. The movie's theatrical debut date has been set for May 9, 2025.

Abir Gulaal was released on digital channels today, April 1, 2025. "When was the last time you fell in love?" opens the one-minute, two-second teaser. The song Kuch Na Kaho from 1942: A Love Story is playing on the radio as the characters played by Fawad Khan and Vaani Kapoor sit in the automobile together.
Vaani is enchanted by Fawad's charisma as he sings along. The latter asks, looking into the other's eyes, "Abir Singh, flirt kar rahe ho? (Are you attempting to flirt with me?) To which Fawad replies, “Do you want me to?”
A moving song reveals the title and release date of the movie as the passionate moment comes to a close. "Abir Gulaal bringing love back 09.05.2025" was what Ot read.

Abir Gulaal, a charming love tale set in London, is presented by Indian Stories Limited and A Richer Lens Entertainment in collaboration with Aarjay Pictures. Aarti S. Bagdi is the director, and Vivek B. Agrawal, Avantika Hari, and Rakesh Sippy are the producers.
The director previously gave a tabloid some information regarding the story, stating, “The film explores the journey of two individuals who unintentionally help each other heal, with love blossoming as an unexpected consequence.”
The cast consists of Lisa Haydon, Ridhi Dogra, Farida Jalal, Soni Razdan, Parmeet Sethi, Rahul Vora, Amrit Sandhu, Sujoy De, and Dev Agrawal in addition to
Fawad Khan and Vaani Kapoor.
